Business Counseling and mentoring
The business advisors and counseling services provided at BizTech is a joint initiative of the City of Middletown's Economic Development and the Hamilton / Butler County business incubator. The Ohio SBDC program is a network that provides confidential, personal counseling and mentoring at no charge, to existing and startup businesses.
Advisory services include business plan development, business management, marketing strategy, financial management, international trade, networking and mentoring.
ACCESS TO CRITICAL RESOURCES
As a business incubator, BizTech has access to a wide variety of resources, critical to the success of your small business. We provide access to legal, financial, marketing and other consulting professionals. Networking and social events are also held to help develop and expand your connections in the community and introduce future business opportunities.
Newly remodeled Office Space Available NOW!
Spacious offices and suites ranging from 100 to 1,000 square feet are available. All offices are wired for internet access with optional wireless internet available. Leasing price includes power, water, and other utilities. Office desks, chairs, filing cabinets and other furniture are also available at no additional cost.
A business address and mailbox is provided for each tenant. A trained staff member is also available during business hours to greet guests and direct them to your business as well as accept packages when you are away. Access to the BizTech Center building is available 24 hours a day with complete building security.
computer and Other equipment
BizTech provides use of desktop workstations, laptop computers, printers, copiers, fax machines, projectors and other audio visual equipment free of charge to tenants on a first come, first serve basis. Business software, such as Business Plan Pro for Marketing and Finance are also available.
conference rooms and Training center
Use of all conference rooms and a fully-equipted training center is provided to all BizTech associates at no additional cost. On average, our conference rooms comfortably seat 4-10 people, depending on room.
The training center will accomodate 50-75 guests, and includes registration and food / banquet serving areas. Equipment includes laptop computers, LCD projectors, large screen, and DVD / TV units as well as other audio visual equipment for seminars, training, educational workshops and exhibits. This spacious, versitle training center comes complete with full wireless internet access.
A break room is also provided, complete with vending machines, microwave and other kitchen amenities.
