What is NxLeveL?
NxLeveL for Entrepreneurs is a business training course designed to enhance your entrepreneurial skills and assist you in creating a comprehensive business plan. This course is primarily for the business owner, manager or involved employee who wants to operate a business successfully.

NxLeveL for Entrepreneurs is designed to do just that - help entrepreneurs learn the skills needed to create, develop and strengthen successful business ventures. Unlike other education programs, NxLeveL combines a practical, hands-on and common sense approach to developing your business by utilizing prominent business leaders as guest presenters, a comprehensive text, workbook and resource materials and one-on-one business consultations and support.

Graham Irwin coaches both new and veteran entrepreneurs in the NxLeveL training classes. "Everyone takes away something different, but nearly all of my entrepreneurs say that they wish they had gone through this training sooner," says Irwin. He estimates that he has graduated over 100 entrepreneurs to the "next level".

Course Topics
Business planning; management; legal structure; market analysis and strategies; human resources; finance including budgets, cash flow, record keeping and, loan programs;. Internet resources, web page design and e-commerce.

COURSE CURRICULUM FOR NX LEVEL ENTREPRENEURS

Session 1: Introduction and Overview; Planning and Research; Business Plan Essentials

Session 2: Organizational Matters, Management and Legal Structure; Risk Management

Session 3: Marketing Analysis and Understanding; Demographics; Defining Niche

Session 4: Marketing Strategies, Tactics, Advertising and Implementation

Session 5: Finances, Books, Records, Controls, Budgets and Taxes

Session 6: Managing Your Money, Financial Planning, Assumptions and Cash Flow

Session 7: Understanding and Using Your Financial Statements; Financing Your Business; Alternative Sources of Money

Cost of the Course
The cost of the course is $375. The fee includes a textbook, workbook and resource guide. Spouses and/or business partners are encouraged to attend for an additional cost of $150, if a second set of materials is not desired.

If you decide to quit the course before the third session, $200 of the course fee will be retained. No refunds will be issued after the third session.

Graham Irwin presents certificates to graduates of the NxLeveL Entreprenuerial Training course.

When and where will it be held?
The course is generally held on eight consecutive Tuesday evenings. Each session will be held from 6:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. at BizTech Center. Check Events for the current schedule.
