Premier Mechanical Services of Greater Cincinnati, Inc. is an HVAC service, repair and installation company that provides 24 hour service in heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, controls, energy management and backflow testing. Premier Mechanical Services was BizTech’s first tenant, grew to seven employees and expanded. The company purchased a building in Hamilton, secured a loan through the Certified Development Company of Butler County Inc.’s SBA 504 program and partnered with Fifth Third Bank thus realizing owner Kevin Bracher’s vision of growth for his company.
